Live yourself as a light,
Because you don’t know,
Who by thy light,
Out of darkness.
Because you don’t know,
Who by thy light,
Out of darkness.
— Rabindranath Tagore

Drag queens were pioneers of the LGBTQ+ movement, yet over time, they were pushed to the fringes of the very community they helped build — often met with discrimination and erasure. The death of drag activist Marsha P. Johnson remains unresolved. Social progress, however, has always been driven by those who refuse to yield, and TWeen embodies that spirit—presenting drag not merely as entertainment, but as an art form.
The production offered a spectrum of performances: gentle, empowering, provocative, and unapologetically beautiful. It is a tasting menu of identities and visions. The poster distills what they represent: unshakable confidence, raw creativity, and an unyielding will to challenge the world.
